Program areas at CCC
Community psychiatric rehabilitation (cpcr & atcm) is a program for adults and children with disabilities in social role functioning and daily living skills. Program staff works closely with clients in a variety of Community settings to provide wide-ranging Counseling and case management services to promote recovery. The services are designed to help patients with chronic and persistent mental health disorders, avoid psychiatric hospitalization, and continue to live in the Community. Revenues are received from Missouri department of mental health, mo health net, mo health net match, and purchase of service.
Cottonwood residential treatment Center is a sixteen bed comprehensive twenty four hour a day, seven day a week treatment regimen for male and female youth unable to live at home with parents or guardians due to severe chronic mental illness. Youth are assigned to the Center by mental health professionals and may remain on site for extended periods of time depending on treatment results. While in treatment the residents are enrolled in the local school and taught by Missouri certified educators on site. Treatment may include on site psychiatric, medical, and nursing care as well as case management and therapy sessions. Revenues are received from the Missouri department of mental health, mo health net, and local medicare match funding.
Medical doctors - psychiatrypsychiatric services are available at all clinic locations. In addition to providing direct care, Community Counseling Center physicians direct the course of treatment for all patients served by the Center, and provide education and consultation to staff and the general medical Community. Revenues are received from Missouri department of mental health, purchase of service, medicare, mo health net, insurances, and self-pay.
Various psychiatric and Community service projects are provided.
