Baby and me tobacco free program - pregnant smokers receive smoking cessation counseling and support. Before and after giving birth, they are checked monthly with a carbon monoxide monitor through their cell phone and receive free diaper vouchers each month they remain tobacco free for up to a year. This program has been implemented across the state of Colorado with 38 counties participating.
