Program areas at Rose Hill Center
The Rose Hill Center's residential rehabilitation program allows residents to progress through stages of recovery. The program includes clinical care, therapeutic work, job readiness opportunities, social interaction, and recreation. The lengths of stay vary, but typically range from six to nine months. The adult foster care licensed homes can accommodate up to 46 residents at a time in three separate homes.
The transitional living services program offers residents a bridge between the residential rehabilitation program and independent living within the greater community. See schedule o for additional information.the program allows residents to live independently in a townhome located on the Rose Hill campus, while supportive staff remain nearby to help as needed. Residents are working or volunteering in the community, managing their mental health and all aspects of their home lives, including budgeting, grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, and navigating social and roommate relationships. Residents receive medication management that transitions into self-management over time, as well as ongoing support from the Rose Hill Center's medical director and psychiatrist. This program has proven effective in readying residents for sustainable, independent living.
The Rose Hill Center also offers an extended program for residents. This program is typically used by residents between residential rehabilitation and independent living.
