The Primary School - East Palo Alto served as The fiscal sponsor for a California state preschool program (cspp) contract for The Primary School bay area, a sister organization located in san leandro, ca. The Primary School - East Palo Alto aslo served as a fiscal sponsor for The Primary School. The Primary School and The Primary School bay area were formed in december 2019 and received their 501(c)(3) determination in december 2020 and january 2021, respectively. Both organizations became independently operational on july 1, 2021. The $3,407,000 represents The net funds raised remaining while under fiscal sponsorship december 2019 through june 2021.
